DALLAS, May 6, 2007 The Field Scovell Scholarship Foundation (FSSF) today announced the 15 recipients of $3,000 college grants that honor the memory of Mr. Cotton Bowl -- Field Scovell. The Scovell Scholarship awards will be presented during a reception on Monday, May 7, at the Hyatt Regency Dallas.

The 15 scholarships totaling $45,000 represent new giving records for the Foundation, which recently completed a successful matching grant fundraising campaign that generated more than $600,000 for future student scholarships.
